3. Quote Requests

The Website may allow you to submit a request for a quote or information regarding Bar 4 Bar services.

Submitting a quote request:

• Does not guarantee availability;

• Does not guarantee a particular price;

• Does not constitute acceptance of an event;

• Does not create a contract between you and Bar 4 Bar; and

• Does not reserve a date or time.

Bar 4 Bar may contact you after receiving your request to discuss your event, services, availability, pricing, and applicable terms.

A booking is not considered confirmed until Bar 4 Bar and the customer have agreed to the applicable service terms and any required confirmation, deposit, or other requirements have been completed.

4. Service Agreements

If you decide to book services with Bar 4 Bar, the services may be governed by a separate written service agreement, booking confirmation, invoice, or other terms provided by Bar 4 Bar.

Those terms may contain provisions relating to matters such as:

• Event date and location;

• Services provided;

• Service hours;

• Pricing and payment;

• Deposits;

• Cancellations;

• Rescheduling;

• Setup and breakdown;

• Venue requirements;

• Customer responsibilities;

• Alcohol and beverage responsibilities;

• Liability; and

• Other event-specific requirements.

If a separate written agreement is entered into between you and Bar 4 Bar, the terms of that agreement will govern the booked services.

5. Alcohol and Beverages

Bar 4 Bar provides mobile bar and bartending services as described on the Website and in applicable service agreements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Bar 4 Bar does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages for the customer's event.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, venue requirements, and any other requirements relating to the purchase, possession, or provision of alcoholic beverages for their event.

The Website may provide general information or tools intended to help customers estimate beverage quantities. Such information is for planning purposes only and is not a guarantee of the amount of alcohol or other beverages required for a particular event.

6. Drink Calculator and Other Tools

The Website may provide calculators, planning tools, estimates, or other interactive features.

Any results produced by these tools are estimates only and should be used for general planning purposes.

Actual beverage consumption can vary based on factors including, but not limited to:

• Number of guests;

• Event duration;

• Guest preferences;

• Drinking habits;

• Type of event;

• Weather;

• Serving sizes;

• Beverage selection; and

• Other circumstances.

Bar 4 Bar does not guarantee that a calculator or planning tool will predict actual consumption or prevent a customer from purchasing too much or too little product.

Customers are responsible for making their own purchasing decisions.

7. User-Provided Information

When submitting a quote request, inquiry, or other information through the Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You should not submit information that:

• Is knowingly false or misleading;

• Violates another person's rights;

• Contains malicious code or harmful material; or

• Is intended to interfere with the operation or security of the Website.

Bar 4 Bar reserves the right to disregard or decline requests containing inaccurate, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate information.
